This Week in Louisiana Personal Injury Law: Woman Sues Entergy in Car Accident

A plaintiff has filed suit against Entergy corporation and one of their drivers after the driver allegedly struck her while turning.

The lawsuit alleges that the defendant did not stop or check the oncoming traffic as he was turning his truck and therefore struck the plaintiff in her vehicle.  The plaintiff, Wilanna Taylor of New Orleans, Lousiana, is filing a personal injury lawsuit against the individual as well as Entergy corporation.  She is seeking attorney's fees, court costs, medical bill reimbursement, and all other reasonable damages as a result of her injuries from the accident.

The empathy and determination that Jon Bethune is known for extends to his car accident and personal injury clients just as it does to any other legal matter in his practice.  Every case that passes through our doors is tended to by Jon Bethune himself.  That kind of personalized attention can be critically important to the outcome of a personal injury or car accident case.
